Add "Open in incognito" in dot-menu

Reported by hnil...@gmail.com, May 16 2018

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open web page from news sources that allow only 10 or so reads per week
2. Observe that they put you behind paywall after your 10th visit
3. Opening the same URL in incognito instead displays the article

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
This feature would make it a lot easier to reopen web pages that are under some kind of restriction based on cookies.

Did this work before? N/A
