Prerequisite - There is an address saved in Chrome://settings/autofill.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome and navigate to https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/
2. Double click on the 'Name' field under 'Profile Autofill' section to appear autofill popup.
3. Now hover the mouse pointer on suggestion list and observe the focus highlight.

Actual: 
1. Focus highlight seems to be very faint on suggestion list.
2. Popup is not  displaying with a blue thin border.

Expected: 
1. Blue focus highlight should seen properly on suggestion list.
2. Popup should be displayed with a blue thin border.

This is a Mac specific regression issue, broken in M-68 series, below is manual regression range.

Good build: 68.0.3428.0 (Revision: 558081)
Bad build: 68.0.3429.0 (Revision: 558149)

You are probably looking for a change made after 558128 (known good), but no later than 558129 (first known bad).

NOTE: This issue is not reproducible on Windows (7,8,8.1,10) and Linux (14.04 LTS) OS.
