Checkboxes at chrome://settings/clearBrowserData are misaligned on the latest Chromium build

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3432.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download the latest Chromium build from download-chromium.appspot.com.
2. Extract the downloaded ZIP file.
3. Launch Chromium.
4. Open chrome://settings/clearBrowserData.

What is the expected behavior?
Checkboxes are correctly aligned.

What went wrong?
Checkboxes are misaligned, as you can see in the attached screenshot.

Did this work before? Yes 68.0.3430.0 (current canary)

Chrome version: 68.0.3432.0  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
