Overly-aggressive eliding in dropdown for ZeroSuggest

Project Member Reported by pkasting@chromium.org, May 16 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version : 68.0.3423.2
OS Version: 10.0

Have seen this on my home and work machines now. Clicking the address bar results in a ZeroSuggest dropdown with super-aggressive eliding. Attached is a sample image.

This feels a bit like an uninitialized variable -- repeated tests on the same URL before and after typing different things in the address bar produce somewhat different results (e.g. the widths of the different sections of each row being larger, but still seemingly random).
