Updating Never save password list in Settings should not scroll to top

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.40 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open password manager (very poor experience since switch to material design, settings, open menu, open advanced...
2. go down to the bottom of the long list (with the material design and the double line break !!) 
3. remove one entry in never save

What is the expected behavior?
remove entry, but do not go back to the top of the list, especially there is no direct access for 'never saved'

What went wrong?
return to the top of the password page

Did this work before? Yes before material design

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.40  Channel: beta
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

regression compare to previous design. It's a request for a better user experience.

another: is it possible to add a function to display the url instead of just the domain?
a lot of duplicate entry, which matches another path or unsecured page (and therefore it is better to delete) search/filter not work if type http (search only in displayed word)

and when open url from password page, or switch to another tab and return in password tab: lost position, and also back to the beginning of the list / password page
