DevTools: trace crashes the perf panel

Captured this trace with lighthouse

My DevTools is stuck on "processing profile" for a minute before the devtools crashes and closes.

Thet trace had `disabled-by-default-v8.cpu_profiler` enabled. It loads in traceviewer.

This is OOM.

It's kinda large trace. To workaround run chrome with:
--no-sandbox --js-flags=--max_old_space_size=10000

Closing as WAI.
