In Chromium Bug Tracking Tool - Started By User is not getting Updated

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/list.
2. Click on Star icon.
3. Observe the changes - After Selecting Star icon check Starred by users count is getting increased or not

What is the expected behavior?
Starred by " "User Count should get update - If the user selects the Star icon

What went wrong?
After reloading the page only count is getting updated

Did this work before? N/A

Able to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version 66.0.3359.139 and latest stable# 66.0.3359.170 using Windows-10, Mac 10.12.6/10.13.3 and Ubuntu 14.04 and on latest chrome version# 68.0.3430.0. As the issue is seen from M-60(60.0.3112.0), hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking it as Untriaged.

Still able to reproduce the issue on all OS using latest canary-72.0.3615.0 ,hence adding respective labels.
