GroupEffects are the mechanism by which a worklet animation can animate multiple elements. This bug track adding support for GroupEffect for worklet animations in blink and compositor.


Some of the necessary refactoring has been done in cc which allows a single animation to own multiple keyframe effects but we need to enable this in blink side as well and put in the necessary plumbing.
