Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.170 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Went to chrome://settings/help and Chrome auto-downloaded a new version 2. Reloaded browser to finish the update (now on Version 66.0.3359.170) What is the expected behavior? Extensions would remain as they normally were (about 15 extensions on my toolbar to the right of the URL bar, with another 30 or so hidden in the Chrome side menu (three dots on the far right) What went wrong? Only one active extension displaying (a sideloaded/unpacked extension), with a yellow shading behind it. All other extensions, both in the toolbar and side menu, were installed directly from the store and are no longer displayed. Confirmed extensions are still listed as active, tried turning some on and off with no success. Can "hide" the toolbar extension to the side menu and back, so that feature is not broken. TL;DR only sideloaded extensions are displaying. Did this work before? Yes An earlier build of v66 Chrome version: 66.0.3359.170 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Developer Mode (on Extensions page) should be active and a sideloaded extension should be installed (Shhlack specifically, if it matters). I had a sideloaded extension I had installed, and after the update process, it was the only extension displaying on the toolbar.
