What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Install Xerox global print driver PS
(2) Print document to the printer using the system dialog

What is the expected result?
Document is centered on page

What happens instead?
Document is shifted slightly right and down.

Not a regression. Probably need to add the same offsets that are applied when printing from Print Preview when printing from system dialog.
