Issue description1. https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/cr-culprit-finder/findit/ answers "What is supported?" question with "Flaky tests: Swarmed gtests and Android Instrumentation tests" 2. But... trying to kick-off flake analysis via https://findit-for-me.appspot.com/ - build url: https://ci.chromium.org/buildbot/tryserver.chromium.android/linux_android_rel_ng/549734 - step name: chrome_public_test_apk - test name: org.chromium.chrome.browser.metrics.UkmTest#testRegularPlusIncognitoCheck - bug id: 842999 fails saying "Error: Flake analysis is not supported for "chrome_public_test_apk/org.chromium.chrome.browser.metrics.UkmTest#testRegularPlusIncognitoCheck". Either the test type is not supported or the test is not swarmed yet."
