Enable code coverage for blink's layout tests

I love the new code coverage view--so useful for my team.

I don't think we're running layout tests when generating this coverage. Layout tests are the bulk of the integration tests for blink and can be run with "third_party/blink/tools/run_web_tests.py". Can code coverage run these tests and be included in the report?

Thanks! You're right, and actually we're literally in progress of getting layout tests into the test suite.
