EV greenbar occasionally not shown

Reported by francesc...@outlook.com, May 15 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.170 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
We have an EV certificate and sometimes, apparently randomly, the "greenbar" is not shown. This happens on different PCs, and we haven't found an exact way to reproduce the issue. As you can see from the attachment, the certificate is valid and issued by Comodo EV server

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
EV "greenbar" is not shown

Did this work before? N/A

@Reporter: Could you please share a sample test file along with the steps to be followed in order to reproduce the issue, any further inputs from your end may help us to triage it in a better way.
Tentatively adding component "Internals>Network>Certificate" please remove if this isn't apt.

This is most likely due to an experiment we're running. Can you please look in DevTools on affected machines and see if there is a console message there mentioning the experiment? Thanks!
I've not been able to reproduce the issue anymore, since a couple of days ago it seems it stopped, I'll update the issue if it happens again
