Focus is not seen on bookmark bar on pressing tab key.

chrome Version: 68.0.3431.0 (Official Build) Revision 80b74e311e877b6dd17015c55a65dbd606d8c199-refs/branch-heads/3431@{#1}(64-bit)
OS:Mac (10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5)

Pre-Condition : Enable 'Use Views browser windows instead of Cocoa' from chrome://flags.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome and open NTP.
2.Now press tab key until focus reaches to bookmark bar and observe.

Actual Result : Focus is not seen on bookmark bar on  pressing tab key.
Expected Result : Focus should be seen on bookmark bar on pressing tab key.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from ‘M-67’ series(#67.0.3381.0)

Note: Issue is not seen on win(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04 LTS)

On both Mac Cocoa and Mac Views, focus seems to skip the bookmark bar [regardless of whether it is attached or detached] on the NTP. Weird!

Seems like something we should fix for macviews rollout.
