Pre-condition : Sign into 2 users

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)In sign out screen click on password field of L.H.S user (Example A)->click on Uber tray
(2)Now hover mouse pointer on other User available near Uber Tray(Example B) and observe hand pointer is seen -> slowly move mouse pointer from user to Uber Tray and click on 'Network' option
(3)Now click on any other 'Wi-Fi network -> 'Join Wi-Fi network' overlay is seen -> Observe unnecessary hand pointer is seen instead of arrow pointer at screen

Expected: Arrow pointer should be seen at screen 
Actual: Instead unnecessary hand pointer is seen 

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in M-62

Note: Issue is also seen on M-63,M-64,M-65,M-67 and on latest M-68
