Issue descriptionChrome Version: 68.0.3430.0 (Official Build) Revision 86b7f367e2f749a0e39f2ca86c7644b6aec7a432-refs/branch-heads/3430@{#1}(32/64-bit) OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS) Pre condition : Enable "Experimental full screen exit UI" flag from chrome://flags What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate to https://permission.site/ > click on https (2)Press 'F11' key to toggle in fullscreen mode, click on "USB" button (3)Now hover mouse at the top portion of browser window and click on floating close button 'X', observe the bubble Actual: USB bubble stays in fullscreen mode after clicking on floating close button 'X' Expected: USB bubble should not be displayed in fullscreen mode after clicking on floating close button 'X' This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M68' series i.e build #68.0.3430.0 as this is a newly added feature. Note: Issue is not seen on Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.5)

Update: Still able to reproduce the above issue on Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Linux (14.04 LTS) OS using latest canary #72.0.3608.4 . Please find the screen shot for reference. |
