Issue descriptionChrome Version: 68.0.3430.0 (Official Build) Revision 86b7f367e2f749a0e39f2ca86c7644b6aec7a432-refs/branch-heads/3430@{#1}(32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS) Pre condition : Enable "Experimental full screen exit UI" flag from chrome://flags What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, Navigate to chrome://settings/ (2) Now hover mouse at the top portion of browser window(Do not move the mouse cursor)and press 'F11' key to enter full screen,observe Actual: Overlapping of Floating close button 'X' is seen with 'Exit Full screen' bubble after toggling to Full screen mode Expected: Floating close button 'X' should not overlap with 'Exit Full screen' bubble after toggling to Full screen mode This is a Non-regression issue seen from M-68 series build #68.0.3430.0 as this is a newly added feature Note: Issue is not seen on Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.5)

Update: Still able to reproduce the above issue on Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Linux (14.04 LTS) OS using latest canary #72.0.3608.4 . Please find the screen shot for reference. |
