Autoplay is not working for a video with audio

Issue descriptionChrome Version : Version 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (64-bit) URLs (if applicable) : https://www.mieleexperience.com.au/ OS version : MacOS High Sierra - version: 10.13.3 Network (such as Cable/DSL/Dial up etc): - Audio/Video format (if applicable): MP4, Ogv and WebM Special chrome flags (if applicable): - Behavior in Safari (if known): Autoplay is working properly Behavior in Firefox (if known): Autoplay is working properly Video issue, Audio issue, both, neither? Video issue - the new video autoplay policy states muted autoplay is always allowed, but the video on https://www.mieleexperience.com.au/ doesn't have any audio and is not autoplaying. Can you provide me with some info on why this could be? <b>Flash or HTML5? <right-clicking most players will either reveal some text</b> with “Flash”; otherwise likely HTML5> HTML5 If the browser or renderer crashed (“Aw, Snap”), please add any crash IDs from chrome://crashes (possibly after enabling crash reporting per http://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=96817) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Visit https://www.mieleexperience.com.au/ on a Chrome browser (2) (3) What is the expected result? The video should autoplay as there is no audio What is the actual result? The video does not autoplay Any additional information (anything else which may help us debug the issue)? Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.13.3 using chrome reported version #66.0.3359.139, latest stable #66.0.3359.170 and latest canary #68.0.3430.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Visited https://www.mieleexperience.com.au/ on a Chrome browser 2. Observed that video autoplayed without any issues. reporter@ - Could you please check the issue on latest canary #68.0.3430.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. I confirm that it seems to work as intended. Do you happen to be running with Data Saver extension? We have a different behaviour when Data Saver is on.

I have commented that we have fixed this by forcing a muted play. I am not sure how to close this ticket, but it's all working now. Thanks for your help!
