Currently, when removing a tab the gap will be filled by all following tab items snapping into their predecessors space. Instead, add animation similar to Chrome's NTP tiles (see spec for more details).

This will likely require a stable mapping between a tab model and a tab item view. This an be achieved with a MapBinding. Using a MapBinding will also allow us to store the tab models in a map container, which makes adding, updating and removing tabs more efficient.
