Tabs: Polish UI to be according to spec

The current tabs UI was created before the spec was finalized. Thus, the UI does not comply to the final spec. Things to be fixed:

- Move favicons to top left corner (needs  issue 838933  to be fixed).
- Move close button to the top left.
- Have icon for incognito mode in mode switch button.
- Have number of tabs surrounded by border for
  - Regular tabs on mode switch button,
  - URL bar.
- Have correct size for tab items.
- Have correct spacing between UI elements.
- Have regular mode color theme for both modes in tabs UI
- Switch between regular and incognito background when switching between regular and incognito tabs view.
- Animate when switching between incognito and regular tabs.
