Issue descriptionSamba version: 4.8.0 Connecting to an Smb1 share when configured to only accept connections with >=SMB2 returns ETIMEDOUT. The error code should be more descriptive in order to properly report to the user.

This change allows a more descriptive error code to be returned when establishing connections. The fix is in Samba 4.8.2.
