What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit the self dashboard on https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/
2. [unknown] - sometimes it happens immediately on load, sometimes after a brief amount of time. I can't see any JavaScript errors in the console. Reproduces occasionally.

What is the expected output?
Incoming reviews correctly list the other reviewers for a particular CL.

What do you see instead?
Incoming reviews' listed reviewers aren't associated with the CLs.

Please provide any additional information below.
Screenshot attached. The first three displayed CLs have their reviewer lists mixed up, the fourth is correct.
