The help center documentation says, "Note: Select-to-speak won’t work with a stylus or the on-screen keyboard.". We need to change that disclaimer in M68 when Select-to-Speak will work with a stylus or touch (but still not with the on-screen keyboard).

We can also update the docs to explain about tapping the new Select-to-Speak tray button to start/stop selection or cancel speech.
