Memory usage has increased by about 1 MB.

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
It does change some details about what information is stored and how. So if there are many packets in flight in the simulation, the memory usage could be different, looks like it's only on windows though, maybe we hit some allocation threshold.

Seems like it shouldn't be important as it only affects the test itself though?
