This issue was found during the accessibility review for the KeyboardLock feature.  In the simplified fullscreen UI, instructions are presented to the user on how to exit fullscreen, however when they execute those instructions, no feedback is given to show that they succeeded.

This issue is related to crbug.com/126849 but that issue seems specific to ChromeOS.
