There are multiple different solutions to produce targets containing wildcards to list file for test.
Create a unified solution and use it everywhere.
Example:
//net/tools/update_ios_bundle_data.py
//ios/chrome/browser/autofill:unit_tests_bundle_data

Add a presubmit test to ensure the list is correctly updated when needed.
