OS: Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5)

Pre-condition: Add atleast one extension to chrome and observe that the extension icon is visible besides the omnibox.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, click on 'Cast...' option of wrench menu to open Cast overlay.
(2) Observe the Cast icon gets displayed on the RHS besides the omnibox.
(3) Right click on the Cast icon and select the 'Always show icon' option.
(4) Right click again on the Cast icon and select the 'Hide in Chrome menu' option, observe that cast icon is hidden in the wrench menu.
(5) Now right click again on the hidden cast icon and choose 'Hide in Chrome menu' option again and observe the extension icon present near the omnibox.

Actual: Other extension icons also get hidden on hiding cast in chrome menu.
Expected: Only cast icon should be hidden on selecting 'Hide in chrome menu' option no effect should be seen on the extension icon.

This is a Non-regression issue, seen from M-60 build #60.0.3112.0.

Note: The issue is not seen Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04) OS.
