Console issue occurs - when adding folder to workspace

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to Chrome Browser and press F12 2. Then Switch to Sources Tab.And choose File System. 3. And click Add Folder to workspace. 4. In that Alert pop up click Cancel or Close Button. 5. Observe that Console issue is showing or not What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Console error is showing like Unable to add filesystem: <permission denied> Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 66.0.3359.139 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version:

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, mac 10.13.3 and Ubuntu 17.10 using chrome reported version #66.0.3359.139 and latest canary #68.0.3430.0.
