Country drop-down stops at Pakistan then blank

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.40 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Select country 2. Scroll to choose U.K. 3. Blank passed Pakistan What is the expected behavior? Countries should be visible to the bottom of the list What went wrong? No idea. Works just fine with other browsers. Did this work before? Yes Not sure Chrome version: 67.0.3396.40 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: 29.0.0.171

Unable to reproduce the issue reported version on 67.0.3396.40 using Win 7 & 10. Attaching Screencast for reference. Steps -------- 1. Launched Chrome 2. Navigated to Google News 3. Selected country 4. Scrolled down to choose U.K. 5. Observed all options are able to view with out failing. As we are unable to reproduce the issue from our end. Can you verify this issue with fresh profile that is not having any extensions and apps or reset all the flags. Let us know whether issue still persists. Thanks!

As per comment #4 and #6 We have tested and Unable to reproduce this issue reported version on 67.0.3396.40 using Win 7 & 10. As we are unable to reproduce the issue from our end hence removing needs-bisect label. Adding Blink>Forms component to this issue for any one of the team have a look on this issue and help us to triage this issue. Thanks!

Maybe the missing scroll content issue related to RLS? As far as I know these issues have been fixed. The fact it comes and goes also suggests an experiment is being run. Could you open "chrome://version" and paste in what you see. Better yet, if you can do it when the menus work and when they don't we can compare.

As of 67.0.3396.48 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) and 68.0.3432.2 (Official Build) canary (64-bit), I have been unable to reproduce this issue.
