I wonder if this issue is still a problem even after we have fixed  issue 851230 . The warnings look somewhat similar and it feels like the root cause must be the same, as there were indeed counter overflows due to exponential duplication.

Adding Coverage-v2-Blocker label for us to give it a try once again.

Not critical, and I suspect that it can go away once we figure out what to do with the sandboxing (issue 842424).
