Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.40 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Change Windows UI scale to 150% 2. Open Chrome 3. Open any extension popup What is the expected behavior? All extension popups should be displayed properly What went wrong? Yes, it was already reported in bug 824963 , which was closed as WontFix even though the bug is absolutely obvious and really easy to reproduce.

As the issue seems to be similar to that of Issue 824963 , hence duplicating into it. Removing Needs-Bisect label. Please feel to add the label back if required and undupe if both aren't similar. Thanks!

Found a workaround: Disabling chrome://flags/#secondary-ui-md helps |
