What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)someone set up this acct wont allow me to change anything.  i do not have an admin
(2)i tried to remove and says blocked my accts are hacked also found a cloud and firebase and adwords all have charges except firebase
(3)none will allow removal please help me 817.219.2425
