No sound on facebok gasmes

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.170 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
when playing facebook games terr should be sounds

What went wrong?
about a week ago

Did this work before? Yes jus efore I updated

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.170  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: newest

all the people who py games from facebook have the same proble.  Kings care ays its a goggle problem because the sound works with IE, mozilla and edge

You might want to reset the "Windows Audio Services" in Windows under it's "Services" application.

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 66.0.3359.170 using windows10 with steps mentioned in comment#0. Navigated to https://apps.facebook.com/tetris_battle/?fb_source=search and played tetris game --able to listen sound without any failure. Attaching screencast for reference.

@Reporter: Please check the screencast and let us know if we miss anything from our side. Any further information on reproducing the issue would help in further debugging of this issue.
