What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chrome from DD Home
(2) With volume up and headphones on, click on buttons and the Omnibox 


What is the expected result? Background assets should be loaded and VR browsing sounds should be heard. (All part of the assets)

What happens instead? VR Browsing sounds aren't loaded. And the backgrounds aren't loaded. So it seems the VR Browsing assets are
