regression in cheets_ScreenRotation/To_Portrait_Total_frames_rendered after 68.10648.0.0

It regressed badly after 68.10648.0.0 on some boards:

Note: The legend is wrong. It should be hight is better instead of lower is better.

This looks similar to issue 830298 which has been identified as caused by a mesa roll. Maybe that issue needs to be resolved first, but not sure ATM.
