Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Summary: nassh: Connection hanging after "Loading NaCl" plugin.. done" (was: Connection hanging after "Loading NaCl" plugin.. done")
looks like the hostname in question is invalid:
$ nslookup yangyihe.us-west1.corp.google.com
Server:         127.0.0.1
Address:        127.0.0.1#53

** server can't find yangyihe.us-west1.corp.google.com: NXDOMAIN

you should double check the hostname of the system you're trying to connect to.

sorry, but i'm not familiar with cloudtop. please stop by techstop for some assistance as they should be able to resolve things.

Comment 5 by yangyihe@google.com, May 14 2018

I contacted tech-stop and I am able to connect now. Ticket closed. Thanks!

Comment 6 by vapier@chromium.org, May 14 2018

for, at least my own, edification, could you summarize the source of the problem ?

Comment 7 by yangyihe@google.com, May 14 2018

Sure. For cloudtop, i used the wrong host name. It should be "
yangyihe.c.googlers.com" instead of "
http://yangyihe.us-west1.corp.google.com/".

that really seems like it should be in the welcome e-mail or in http://go/cloudtop-ssh-help :). can you file a ticket with techstop to get it updated ?
