Regression: Unable to type anything in "Find in Page" text box

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 68.0.3427.0 (Official Build) Revision afb48319da5a0de6204978a68993f32d1d506263-refs/branch-heads/3427@{#1} (32/64 bit) OS: Win (7, 8, 8.1, 10), Linux (14.04 LTS). What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome and navigate to NTP. (2) Now press Ctrl+F and observe. Actual Result: Unable to type anything in "Find in Page" text box. Expected Result: Should be able to type anything in "Find in Page" text box. Note: Issue is only observed on NTP. This is a Regression issue seen from M-68 series and will soon update other info. Thank You..!!
