Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch Chrome
2. Sign in to a Google account
3. Notice that after signing in, the yellow loader appears on the top and animates for a bit then the browser freezes.

What is the expected behavior?
No freezing.

What went wrong?
The browser freezes after signing in, presumably will syncing.
