What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Often in a custom tab, I'll select "Open in Chrome".

What is the expected result?
(2) I see the same page opened in Chrome.

What happens instead?
(2) I see an intent picker with a list of browser on my device.
  (I would expect to see an intent picker if the messaging was "Open in browser".  "Open in Chrome" kind of implies, well, that I shouldn't / wouldn't have a choice.)

Background:
* I generally don't have an default browser set.  I see the intent picker often in many contents.  I just didn't expect to see it here.  I think I might also have (accidentally) selected always open in Chrome sometime (maybe one form of URL or one form of intent or something).

Notes:
* This seems to happen more often in custom tabs launched through gmail.
