What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Connect external drive
2.Create a file / folder
3.Try to rename the file / folder
THis does not work .

Tried powerwash
Does not work

What is the expected result?
That the menu option to rename is available !!!

What happens instead of that?
Nothing .. Feature is grey-ed out

I have 3 Chromebooks
Pixel 1 / Pixel 2 / Pixelbook
Before the atest update I could rename
After the update I could not
This was on both Pixel 1 and Pixel 2
I could not rename on Pixel 1 after the update
but could rename on Pixel 2
Pixelbook: Just unpacked, connected drive, not possible to use 'rename'.
