What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) On a tablet, open the new wallpaper picker (with flag --new-wallpaper-picker).
(2) Make sure the scroll bar is at the top (ie. the "current wallpaper" info bar should be seen). Click an image to start preview. Note the shelf is auto-hidden during preview mode.
(3) Swipe from the bottom of the screen so that the shelf can be seen again.
(4) Note the preview auto-exits as expected. However, the wallpaper image list may appear empty and only a white background is shown.
This bug should be seen rarely because the step in 3) should be an unusual user action.
It seems that there's a bug in |this.wallpaperGrid_.redraw()|. But we can't remove this call entirely because we'll need the wallpaper grid to re-layout after a window size change.
