Filter bash from sanitizer flags

Bash is needed to ensure that the fuzzers can run in the sysroot environment. Also, we don't intend to fuzz bash or get any coverage from it.

bash: Filter sanitizer flags.

We are not interested in fuzzing bash or gettting coverage from it.
