Issue descriptionDevice name: several current Samsung Galaxy models From "Settings > About Chrome" Application version: 66.0.3359.158 Operating system: 4.4.2 URLs (if applicable): Steps to reproduce: (1) (2) (3) Expected result: Sound should play as a button click Actual result: No sound Note: the flag chrome://flags/#autoplay-policy and pick "no user gesture required" will make sound work again. This is an audio only on a button press.
