Non-Regression : Video is not playing for single click in camera gallery

Chrome Version:68.0.3245.0/10663.0.0 dev-channel Daisy,Candy and Reks
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user ->open New camera app (version: 5.0.0) -> Now record video
(2)Now click on camera gallery -> Click on recorded video and observe video is not playing for single click i.e. need to click multiple times to play the video 
(Please refer Video)

Actual: Video should play for single click in camera gallery 
Expected: Instead video is playing after clicking multiple times

This is a Non-Regression issue

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
It's WAI for now: the video couldn't be played in the album. It needs being double clicked and then it'll be opened in a larger browsing-view for playback.

Overall gallery experience will be improved in the new design. Closing this issue for now.
