What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. log in chrome as pwiktorowski@google.com
2. type anything in english and polish - spellcheck won't work

Troubleshooting done so far:
- removed and added back the google account;
- enabled "Use a web service to help resolve spelling errors" in chrome settings.
- reset the chrome settings but same issue is present even afterwards
- spellcheck works on personal (@gmail.com) account but not on corp (@google.com)

What is the expected result?
The misspelled words should get the red dotted underline and also right-clicking those words should suggest words to replace with.

What happens instead of that?
There is no red dotted underline for misspelled words in both english and polish and right-clicking the word doesn't show any words to replace with
