Regression: Restoring of Playstore window is not smooth and some white flash is seen |

Issue descriptionChrome Version:68.0.3425.0/10663.0.0 dev-channel Reks OS:Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign-in to user>> Open playstore app and try clicking on Restore icon and observe unnecessary white flash(Refer video) Actual: Restore of window is not smooth and unnecessary white flashes are seen Expected: No such issue should be seen This is a Regression issue as same is working fine on 67.0.3396.26 dev @khmel: Please confirm the issue

The animations are done on the Chrome side. As they were added by Oshima I am forwarding this accordingly.

The actual bug was on the android side, and similar issue could have happened before but this becomes more noticable with chrome side caption. I'll file a bug on buganizer side.

As this problem hasn't shown up before I wonder if the chrome side caption is producing a new dimension of instability. Or were there some other visible glitches before? |
