Regression: 'Minimize', 'Restore' and 'Close' icons are seen enabled when clicked on 3 dot menu of Playstore window

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Open playstore app and click on any 3 dot menu of an app(Refer video) and observe

Expected: When install menu appears, 'Minimize', 'Restore' and 'Close' icons should get disabled

Actual: Instead, it's seen enabled

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine on 67.0.3396.26 dev

If it's intended, when we click on 3 dot menu and Restore the window , the Install menu options are seen misplaced for some time. Please refer video. Hence, reopening the issue for confirmation.

That's different issue and unrelated to the frame button.
You can maximize using alt-+, and it's been this way.

Please file a separate bug.
