Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3426.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open settings
2. collapse.

What is the expected behavior?

I do not know.

Thanks for the report and apologies for the trouble. Given timing, near certainly  bug 841685 ; which is now fixed in source and therefore should be in whenever next canary is built.
