Crash when closing notifications on Chrome OS dev channel

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10635.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3416.0 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10635.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel eve Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Get a notification 2. Wait for it to disappear. 3. Open the notifications on the shelf. 4. Pres the "x" on one of the notifications What is the expected behavior? The notification should disappear. What went wrong? The entire browser crashes. It's also worth noting that this breaks crostini until the device is fully restarted. Crashed report ID: No How much crashed? Whole browser Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes 67.* Chrome version: 68.0.3416.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10635.0.0 Flash Version: 29.0.0.171 Tested on Eve.

Please provide the crash id from chrome://crashes. Likely duplicate of issue 836523 but need crash id to verify.

For some reason it won't create a Crash ID.

This bug is appearing in the latest beta 67.0.3396.41 release as well.

This same issue is happening when using ChromeOS Version 67.0.3396.41 (Official Build) beta (64-bit). Similar to issue 692527 , no Crash ID is generated.
