Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Enable experimental-accessibility-features flag
(2) Go to chrome://settings
(3) Search for "dictation"

Expected Result: Searches for settings with the string "dictation"

Actual Result: Browser crashes

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?) always

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it? Only workaround I've found is to disable experimental-accessibility-features (or find the setting without searching)
