Searching settings page crashes when --experimental-accessibility-features flag is enabled |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 68.0.3426.0 Chrome OS Version: 10654.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel eve test Chrome OS Platform: Google_Eve.9584.107.0 Network info: Google corp Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add the label below). Steps To Reproduce: (1) Enable experimental-accessibility-features flag (2) Go to chrome://settings (3) Search for "dictation" Expected Result: Searches for settings with the string "dictation" Actual Result: Browser crashes How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) always What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? Only workaround I've found is to disable experimental-accessibility-features (or find the setting without searching) Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or log if possible. For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu page at the end of this report.
